What cities in Canada get the most (and least) snow?

Here’s a great visual that shows Canada’s most  (and least) snowy cities. After seeing the snow dropped here overnight, there’s no wonder Gander gets the fancy blue ribbon for first place. Gander is also quite close to taking the title for the most snowy days (0.2cm+) experienced in a year, but falls just short to give Val-d’Or, Quebec that honour. This almost makes me want to find a place to “winter” in British Columbia, I’m thinking in the Victoria/Vancouver region. Anyone from the west offering?
